Hey there.

Can someone please help me to find a good place to look for a local rental (long-term, shared ok)? Is it best to come to town and find a local posting board, or is this website ideal, or something else?
Many thanks :)

You need to come and get the feel of what a reasonable place is . You need to post what you are able to pay or your search will go nowhere

Hi, I'm looking for a weeklong or 2-week long rental to explore San Pancho starting this Sunday (February 19th). I really don't wish to spend more than 250 USD. I'm willing to rent a room in a house.... Does anyone know of anything? Thanks!

Well,
I can pay around $900US/month. What does that get my family of 4?
I've seen some places in Bucerias in that ballpark that seem nice.

My budget is around $500/month.

Gracias Bob.
We can't wait to start retirement(more like a change in paradigm since I am busier not working than when I am working).
Sounds like we will have plenty of opportunity to find our (affordable) niche from Lo de Marcos to Bucerias....wherever we land!

Smartest move I ever made leaving the family business and becoming a public servant so many decades ago..... that pension is gold.
