We currently live in Sayulita and are hoping to relocate to San Pancho at the end of March or first part of April. Hoping to find a 3bdr, yard, pool, and washer/dryer for $1000US. If anybody knows of anything we'd really appreciate your help. Thank you!

$1000 plus paying for utilities???? It takes a lot of energy when you use a/c and have a pool pump, plus chemicals etc.

I am curious what a realistic rent would be on the same thing minus a pool.
